Add Indent Section
The 'Add Indent Section' tools let you convert a selection of lines into a sub-section, by adding one indent to each, and, optionally, adding a base-level title to the new sub-section by inserting a new line with a section-title. They are very useful tools indeed.
Here's what happens:
If we select some lines in an existing list then click the 'Add Existing' button, it will add an indent of one to all of the selected lines.
If we select some lines AND enter a title in the 'Section Title' box, it will insert the title on the same level as the selected lines, then add one indent to all selected lines.
To use the 'Add ScratchPad' tool, we need to have one or more lines of text already in the ScratchPad. The ScratchPad text does not need to have any indents. We don't need to select any lines in the Workspace this time, just place the caret (cursor) on the line where we will add a section.
If we don't enter a title but press 'Add ScratchPad', the lines in the ScratchPad will be inserted above the caret, at one level of indentation greater than the previous line.
If we do enter a title, then press 'Add ScratchPad', the title will be inserted above the caret, at the same level of indentation as the previous line, and then the lines in the ScratchPad will be inserted after the title, at one level of indentation greater than it.
